Donald
J. Resnick
President
Donald J. Resnick is a graduate of Temple
University, and has been a licensed real estate broker
and investor for over 40 years. In 1972 he formed
his own firm, The D.J. Resnick Company, Inc. which
was merged into Acorn Development Corporation eight
years later.
In his capacity as President of Acorn Development
Corporation, Mr. Resnick is responsible for coordination
of existing projects, development and acquisition
of new properties, all marketing and leasing activities,
corporate planning, and overseeing the interaction
of all groups within the company.
Kathleen M. Rutherford
Senior Vice President
Kathleen M. Rutherford is a graduate of Drexel
University and joined Acorn Development Corporation
in 1980. In her capacity as Senior Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer her duties include initial
analysis and subsequent closing on all acquisitions,
development budgets, construction and permanent financing,
credit approval of tenants, lender relationships and
compliance issues, approval of all operating and capital
improvement budgets, and approval of all financial
statements and tax returns.
Rosemary A. Mascherino
Vice President
Rosemary A. Mascherino is
a graduate of West Chester University and joined Acorn
Development Corporation in 1981. In her capacity as
Vice President, Ms. Mascherino facilitates and manages
the lease documents and is involved with portfolio
legal issues, by interfacing with outside attorneys
and other appropriate parties. Ms. Mascherno is also
responsible for the insurance needs as well as the
insurance claims for the managed portfolio.
Cindy L. Schiro
Vice President
Treasurer
Cindy L. Schiro is a graduate of Widener
University and joined Acorn in 1981. In her capacity
as Vice President and Treasurer, Ms. Schiro directs
and supervises all the financial activities of Acorn.
Ms. Schiro is responsible for the preparation of monthly
financial statements, cash management functions, the
construction requisition process, the preparation
of all annual operating budgets, and payroll and benefits
administration.
Carol G. Driver
Vice President
Senior Property Manager
Carol G. Driver joined Acorn
in1983 and is a licensed real estate sales person.
In her capacity as Vice President and Senior Property
Manager, she oversees the daily management and leasing
of the portfolio of properties, overseeing the activities
of all of the property managers, contractors, vendors,
and suppliers, negotiating all maintenance contracts,
and responding to all tenant issues. Ms. Driver also
prepares the annual building operating budgets and
is responsible for monitoring performance against
budget.
Peter J. Ciaramello
Vice President
Peter J. Ciaramello joined Acorn in 1982
and is a licensed real estate sales person. Mr. Ciaramello
is the Vice President of Development and directs all
phases of construction development. He is responsible
for reviewing all improvement projects, property due
diligence functions, coordinating all site planning,
permitting, and development approvals, supervising
all on-site construction activities, insuring compliance
and adherence to approved plans, specifications, and
contract terms, and preparing reports on project status
for owners. Post development, Mr. Ciaramello continues
to offer technical support for tenant space planning
and design, permitting, approvals, and the scheduling
and coordinating of trades to insure on-time installation
of prospective tenants.
